Please cancel at least 12 hours before your class. Late cancellations or no-shows will have one session deducted from your package. Thank you for helping us create the best experience for everyone.

For a more comfortable and hygienic experience, we recommend bringing your own wireless headphones. SoloFlow headphones are also available to rent at OMR 1 per session.

1. 1Order at least 20 minutes before pickup. On arrival your drink is ready; we only add the ice and foam. On busy days this last step can take over 10 minutes.
2. 2Tap “I’m outside” only once you have actually arrived. If we come out and cannot find you, the ice melts and the order is remade after the other waiting cars.
3. 3Enter your car plate number correctly. We hand the order over only after matching the plate.
4. 4If the order page disappears and you cannot tell us you have arrived, send us your order number and car plate on WhatsApp.
5. 5During peak hours we cannot take rush orders. We serve everyone as fast as we can while keeping the quality. Thank you for your patience.
